Our Policies

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are lost during transit.

To be eligible, please contact us with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue within the stated timeframe below.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing selected at checkout
  • slight color differences caused by screen settings
  • minor packaging damage that does not affect the item itself
  • orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product purchased
